How to make it

  • Method:
  • Boil the oil a bit.Add a warm milk and butter/margarine and stir in the flour,egg and pinch of salt.Mix it to form a dough and put it aside.You can keep it in the refrigerator or let it cool b4 you roll the dough into a round shape.
  • While waiting u can cook the filling.
  • wait for the filling to cool b4 u stuff it into the dough (round shape) and seal it in a pretty curly edges (pinch).
  • look at my photos for details..(prepare time photos)
  • fried the above until golden brown n serve while its still hot..
  • P/S : You can also add details like,hard boiled eggs (slice into smaller pieces) or cooked breast chicken (sliced into smaller pieces) & stuff it together wif the curry potatoes filling.
