  • 2 POUND GROUND BEEF
  • CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/2 GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED
  • GARLIC SMASHED
  • 1/8 TSP PEPPER
  • 16 OZ. CANNED TOMATO
  • 6 OZ. CAN TOMATO PASTE
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 TSP WORCHESTERSIRE
  • LASAGNA NOODLES
  • SMALL PKG COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 2 CUPS MOZZARELLA CHEESE

Directions
  1. AFTER BROWNING AND DRAINING MEAT, ADD ONION, GREEN PEPPER, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER, CANED TOMATO, TOMATO PASTE AND WORCHESTERSIRE
  2. BRING TO BOIL AND REDUCE HEAT COOKING ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.
  3. IN CASSEROLE DISH PLACE LAYER OF COOKED LASAGNA NOODLES
  4. TOP WITH 1/3 OF MEAT MIXTURE
  5. DOT WITH 1/3 OF COTTAGE CHEESE
  6. REPEAT LAYERS TWICE
  7. COVER WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  8. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MIN OR TILL CHEESE BROWNS
