How to make it

  • Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat
  • When up to temperature, add pasta and stir fry
  • Add cinnamon and cayenne to taste (3 to 1 ratio is a nice balance)
  • Stir thoroughly until heated throughout. Pasta should be slightly crispy.
  • Plate the pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
  • Enjoy!

    Make sure to post back with your review. BTW, I only use this recipe when the pasta is in a red sauce.

    This seems odd but good. We'll have to give this a try soon! We've recently found that our son has a milk allergy so anything to make a meal w/o dairy is great! :D
