Ingredients

3 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper

1 clove garlic crushed

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp cumin

1 (4 oz) can chilies, diced

2 T jalapeno, diced

1-2 T fresh cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients, chill and enjoy. If you want you can can it and it tastes great all year round.
