This is so easy and tastes so great! The girls love helping me make this.

Ingredients
  • 2 T olive oil divided
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed(EASY BUTTON-left over chicken)
  • 1 carrot sliced (EASY BUTTON 1/2-1 cup frozen carrot)
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 12 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • Shredded parmesan for garnish

Directions
  1. In one T olice oil, brown chicken until no longer pink.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In skillet cook broccoli and carrot in olive oil, add garlic.
  4. Start cooking pasta according to package.
  5. Add chicken broth, basil and parmesan to chicken. Simmer 4 minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and serve with the chicken veggie mixture.
  7. Garnish with Shredded Parmesan
