How to make it

  • Pre-heat the oven (180 ¤C)
  • Put the fillet in a baking pan.
  • Season it with sitron pepper spices.
  • Pour the olive oil.
  • Put the fish inside the oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes (it depends on the thickness of the fish).
  • Serve with boiled potatoes,boiled broccoli & hollandaise sauce.
