thai seafood and pork fried rice

- 2 bowls of cooked rice (cold) shopping list
- 50 grams of seafood (shrimp & squid) shopping list
- 50 grams of pork (finely sliced) shopping list
- 100 grams of kay lan or cabbage shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 50 grams of onions, finely sliced shopping list
- 2 garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 chilli ( if you like the heat) shopping list
- 1 fresh tomato, cut into smal slices shopping list
- 1 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce shopping list
- pinch of sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs of oil shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- with oil, saute garlic and onion (chilli) until fragant
- add pork, keep stirring until pork is cooked and brown
- add seafood, stirr well add tomatoes, kay lan toss well
- add eggs, scramble,
- add rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar, salt and pepper
- taste, if it's not salty enough you can add more fish sauce
- and if you like a richer flavor add more oyster sauce
- serve hot
- ps:if you like, you can serve it with a sunny side up :)
