How to make it

  • Mix marinade, pour over pork. Soak 2-3 hours.
  • Make sauce, bring ingredients to a boil. Add cornstarch mixed in the water. Stir until thick.
  • Drain meat. Dip in egg and cornstarch. Fry. Drain and keep warm.
  • Stir fry vegetables. Drain, and add to sauce. Add pineapple and meat.
  • Serve over rice.
  • I make extra sauce so I can have extra sweet and sour sauce.
