- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and de-boned shopping list
- 2 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 2 Tbsp oil shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 4 green onions shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped tarragon (or 1 tsp dry) shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped capers shopping list
- 4 ounces stock, chicken or beef shopping list
- 4 ounces white wine shopping list
- 2 ounces brandy shopping list
- 6 ounces heavy cream shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- PREPARATION:
- Heat the oil and butter in a large frypan. Dredge the chicken in the flour and saute for 3 minutes on each side. Add the green onions, tarragon, capers and cook for 5 more minutes.
