These remind me of individual meat loaf.

Ingredients
  • PATTIES-
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs (I make my own from heels of bread)
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • SAUCE-
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 2 T mustard
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix together "Patties"
  3. Place patties in baking dish
  4. Mix sauce ingredients together
  5. Pour sauce over patties
  6. Bake 1 hour
