This is a recipe close to LJS fish batter.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions
  1. Whisk all dry ingredients together
  2. Mix together milk, water, and vinegar
  3. Slowly stir milk mixture into flour mixture until well incorporated
  4. Dip fish in batter and fry
