Persimmon Cookies

- 1 cup persimmon pulp shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in pulp shopping list
- 2-1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- Cream shortening and sugar then add egg, soda and persimmon pulp.
- Add dry ingredients, pecans and raisins.
- Drop with teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350.
