How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl stirring together well.
  • Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon pickles into 2 jars then pour juice equally into both jars.
  • Cover with lids and store in the refrigerator.
  • Pickles will be crunchy, sweet and spicy.
