How to make it

  • Rinse salmon steaks under cold running water. Pat dry and season with dill, pepper and salt.
  • Prepare 4 aluminum foil, each big enough to largely hold one piece of fish.
  • Arrange seasoned fish in the middle of the aluminum foil and pour 1 Tbsp of cream on top of each steak.
  • Loosely close foil over the fish, forming pockets.
  • Place pockets on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 375ºF oven for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
