Ingredients
  • 4 fresh salmon steaks
  • 4 Tbsp light cream
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • White pepper and salt to taste

Directions
  1. Rinse salmon steaks under cold running water. Pat dry and season with dill, pepper and salt.
  2. Prepare 4 aluminum foil, each big enough to largely hold one piece of fish.
  3. Arrange seasoned fish in the middle of the aluminum foil and pour 1 Tbsp of cream on top of each steak.
  4. Loosely close foil over the fish, forming pockets.
  5. Place pockets on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 375ºF oven for about 20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
