Chicken Casserole Recipe

I haven't tried this recipe in a long time, but here's what I remember. You can add veggies etc, if you want.

Ingredients
- 1 med. sized chicken
- water to cook chicken in
- onions
- garlic
- small container of sour cream
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 or 2 pkg. of stove top stuffing (chicken flavor)
Directions
- cover whole chicken in pan of water and boil till done. remove chicken and discard water.
- remove meat from cooked chicken and place in a bowl
- meanwhile, cook stuffing according to box. set aside.
- chop onions, garlic, and add to chicken
- mix sour cream and soup add to chicken mixture and mix well
- place in casserole dish and cover with stovetop stuffing
- bake at 350 for 30 min or till stuffing slightly browns

I make this all the time, except I add mozarella before the the stuffing. It is delicious, quick and easy! Thanks for sharing!
