Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • flour
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped fine) I use a little more
  • salt as desired

Directions
  1. take all bones and skin from salmon
  2. add onion and salt
  3. add egg and buttermilk
  4. gradually add flour until salmom can be put into frying pan as a pattie.
  5. fry on medium heat until brown on both sides
