NORTHERN GREEK POTATOES

- 6-8 yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- 1 14 OZ CAN diced tomatoes shopping list
- 2 LARGE onions shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
- olive oil FOR SAUTE shopping list
- 1/2 STICK butter shopping list
How to make it
- PEEL AND CUT POTATOES INTO WEDGES
- TAKE A LARGE SAUTE PAN AND ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC IN
- THE OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER
- AFTER A FEW MINUTES ADD THE TOMATOES, SAUTE ALL FOR A FEW MOMENTS TIL THICKENED SLIGHTLY
- ADD THE POTATOES TO THE PAN AND KEEP MOVING ALL FOR A PERIOD OF ABOUT 5 MINUTES
- INVERT INTO A NICE SIZED CASSEROLE DISH AND PLACE IN A PREHEATED350 DEGREE OVEN
- COVER WITH FOIL
- LAST 20 MINUTES REMOVE THE FOIL FOR A MORE INTENSE FLAVOUR
- REMOVE, LET REST OR 'LET IT GO TO IT'S MOTHER'
