Stuffed Mushrooms

This is one of Moms Christmas eve appitizers! It is melt in your mouth delicous.
Ingredients
- 16 mushrooms shopping list
- 1 Package cream cheese shopping list
- 1lb ground italian sausage shopping list
- cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- Wash Mushrooms with cold water.
- Remove and chop the stems in small peices (Set aside)
- Brown Sausage in skillet
- Soften cream cheese
- (Lay package on stove while browning Sausage)
- Mix cream cheese, sausage, cilantro together
- put filling into the mushrooms
- set on a cookie sheet
- Broil until ready to be served.
