How to make it

  • Beat cheeses, wine, oregano and green onions in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
  • Beat on medium speed scraping bowl frequently until fluffy.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Shape cheese mixture into a ball then roll in parsley and bell pepper and serve with crackers.

    I agree. I love havarti and use it often, I don't know why others don't. I feel the same way about gruyere. Yummers.
