  • DIRECTIONS:
  • 1. Make sure the rack is ready for indirect heat.
  • 2. Rub the spices: garlic powder, salt and pepper, all over the meat
  • 3. Add just a bit of oil to the grill rack. Place the pork tenderloin on the rack, and position the drip pan underneath the meat. Grill over indirect heat for approximately 30 minutes.
  • 4. Then, brush the pork tenderloin with all of the barbeque sauce. Afterwards, keep cooking the meat for about 15 minutes or to your personal taste. Slice the tenderloin and serve. Expect company!
