Great if you are looking for an afternoon slice, or something a little different from the norm!

Ingredients
  • 125g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp cocoa
  • 1 c mixed fruit and nuts
  • 1 c sugar(smll)
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar,add egg...and combined dry ingreds with fruits and nuts.
  2. place in a slice tin and bake at 180.c for 20 mins or until golden..
  3. ice with plain or citrus icing!
