Ingredients

8 boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 64 oz jar of salsa however spicy you like it. 1 and 1/4 cups of instant rice. ( Instant rice holds up better in the crockpot)

Directions

Place the salsa and chicken in a 6 quart or larger crockpot and cook on high for 2 hours. Add the rice at this point and cook on low for two more hours. I have also made is recipe cooking all the ingredients on low for six hours. My crockpot cooking time may be different then your. Make your chicken is fully cooked before serving.

You can serve this with sour cream, guacamole, chesse, sliced olives, or what ever suit your taste.
