On a night when you don't feel like all the steps involved in making enchiladas, this is a super quick and easy shortcut.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound hamburger meat, seasoneed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper
  • 1 can enchilada sauce, you can get these in mild, medium, or hot
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (I prefer extra sharp), shredded
  • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 or 3 tortillas, flour or corn...whichever you prefer, shredded

Directions
  1. Brown seasoned hamburger meat.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Pour in enchilada sauce, cheeses, and tortillas.
  4. Cook till cheese is melted.
