How to make it

  • Pre-mix orange vodka, white cranberry juice, lemon sour (lemon juice + gomme syrup), blood orange puree, oranges and lemon in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 3 hours).
  • Transfer to a Punch or serving bowl, add ice mold and chilled champagne just prior to serving. Serve in wine goblets with fruit.
