Ingredients
  • 1 liter orange vodka
  • 2 liters white cranberry juice
  • 1 kilo Boiron Blood Orange puree
  • 0.5 liter freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 liter gomme syrup (simple syrup)
  • 1 bottle chilled brut Champagne
  • Ice mold
  • Sliced orange and lemon wheels

Directions
  1. Pre-mix orange vodka, white cranberry juice, lemon sour (lemon juice + gomme syrup), blood orange puree, oranges and lemon in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 3 hours).
  2. Transfer to a Punch or serving bowl, add ice mold and chilled champagne just prior to serving. Serve in wine goblets with fruit.
