Just what I was looking for. Have another receipe I'll use at another time but I'm going to my cousin's home for Easter and her partner just loves these cookies! So I've just got to bake them. However, what are blanced almonds?

One of my all-time favorite cookie recipes, which I've been making for years, although I know them as "Twin Dragon," not Win Dragon. I always use the baking soda, and they have a great sandy texture as well as a wonderful flavor. They also come out looking very pretty as well.
