How to make it
- Drain the corn.
- Blend the corn.
- Push the blended corn through a fine strainer, this may take a little patience. Using the back of a ladel to push in gently through will spead up the process.
- Add the sugar and mix through.
- Put the mix in an ice cream maker (or if you don't have one in the freezer, take out and wisk every half hour or so.)
- Can be kept in the freezer when complete.
