Vegan Sweetcorn Sorbet Recipe
This is a great recipe, great with summer salads, seafood cocktails, appitizers or just on it's own. So simple yet impressive.

Ingredients
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 2 table spoons of sugar

Directions
  1. Drain the corn.
  2. Blend the corn.
  3. Push the blended corn through a fine strainer, this may take a little patience. Using the back of a ladel to push in gently through will spead up the process.
  4. Add the sugar and mix through.
  5. Put the mix in an ice cream maker (or if you don't have one in the freezer, take out and wisk every half hour or so.)
  6. Can be kept in the freezer when complete.
