Ingredients
  • 2 cups of flour,(self-rising)
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3cups,grated carrots
  • 1 stick butter,or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped black walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 eggs,softly beaten

Directions
  1. preheat ovento 350
  2. add dry ingredients,
  3. add butter and eggs
  4. mix well
  5. grease and flour a bunt pan.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour
  7. checking offen,
  8. if starts to brown on top to much,
  9. cover with aluminum foil
