Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour,(self-rising) shopping list
- 2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 3cups,grated carrots shopping list
- 1 stick butter,or margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped black walnuts shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon shopping list
- 3 eggs,softly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- preheat ovento 350
- add dry ingredients,
- add butter and eggs
- mix well
- grease and flour a bunt pan.
- Bake for about 1 hour
- checking offen,
- if starts to brown on top to much,
- cover with aluminum foil
