Chinese Fried Rice

- 2 cups cooked and cooled steamed rice shopping list
- 1 cup of pre-cooked meat or 1/2lb seafood shopping list
- 1/2 cup Rough Chopped vegetables (whatever is on hand) shopping list
- 1/3 cup rough chopped onions shopping list
- 1 - 2 Large eggs (optional) shopping list
- 2 TBLS Fresh ginger minced shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 2 TBLS Dark Soy shopping list
- 1 TBLS Regular soy sauce shopping list
- 2 TBLS oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 TBLS rice vinegar shopping list
- 1 TBLS sesame oil shopping list
- 1 TBLS sugar (optional to taste) shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- 4 TBLS chicken Grease (vegetable oil works here too, i just like the flavor the used grease gives) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all liquid ingredients with the minced ginger and garlic
- marinade the meat in the soy, ginger, and garlic mix while chopping rest of vegetables
- Heat 1 TBLS oil in large saute pan on high heat
- Scramble eggs in oil
- Remove from pan and set aside
- Add remaining oil to pan and heat
- Add marinaded meat mixture and stir fry a couple of minutes
- Add cooked rice and toss
- Add cooked egg back and toss
- Serve and enjoy!
- You can modify this if you do not have cooked meat on hand, just stir fry until done, just will add a few more minutes to the cook time, but it is still a super fast meal.
