How to make it

  • Pour contents of chickpea cans into pot and bring to a boil.
  • Drain and discard liquid.
  • In serving bowl, mix all ingredients and chick peas.
  • Mix well and set aside, unrefrigerated for an hour.
  • Mix again and serve cold or at room temperature.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
