This is a very good slaw. The combination of sweet and sour is excellent.

Ingredients
  • 9 C Shredded Cabbage
  • 20oz Can Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1 1/2 C Mayonaise
  • 3/4 C Vinegar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 3 C Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 C Dried Cranberries

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and pineapple
  2. In another bowl, mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery salt.
  3. Stir mixture into cabbage and pineapple.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Fold in marshmallows and cranberries 30 minutes prior to serving.
