Ingredients
  • 1 (11oz) can brains
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • FOR GRAVY:
  • 2/3 cup gravy, drained from brains
  • 1 tbsp fat from fired brains
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. drain gravy from brains.
  2. Lightly flour brains-sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt fat in small skillet, fry brains.
  4. Reduce heat - cook for 5-10 minutes longer.
  5. GRAVY
  6. blend flour with fat and add brain gravy.
  7. Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  8. Add lemon juice.
