  • drain gravy from brains.
  • Lightly flour brains-sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Melt fat in small skillet, fry brains.
  • Reduce heat - cook for 5-10 minutes longer.
  • GRAVY
  • blend flour with fat and add brain gravy.
  • Cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Add lemon juice.
