Ingredients
  • 1 kg of mixed fresh fish for soup
  • 2 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 green paprika
  • celery/root/
  • parsley/cut/
  • garlic/cut in small parts/
  • 1 teacup of olive oil
  • black and green paper
  • salt
  • rice for soup/ 2 teacup/

Directions
  1. Clean up and wash fish
  2. use big pot
  3. add potatoes,onion,carrot,celery root,green paprika
  4. add lot of cold water
  5. wait until boil and add fish,olive oil/half of tea cup/,salt and paper
  6. now cook soup for 10 min and take out fish
  7. decorate cooked fish with garlic and parsley ,olive oil
  8. continue with soup cooking fro more 10 min
  9. when all is cooked take out vegetables and decorate fish
  10. in soup brew rice
  11. on the end add parsley in soup
