Ugly Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup salad dressing or mayo

16 oz. sour cream

1 can Hot Rotel

1 can regular Rotel

2 cups shredded colby jack cheese

Directions

In a fairly good sized bowl mix together mayo and sour cream.

Drain the liquid from the Hot Rotel and mix both cans with the mayo mixture.

Lastly, add the shredded cheese a handful at a time until it is evenly incorporated.

Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes to chill. I like to let it sit in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can mingle.

Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Don't let this stay out of the fridge for more than a few hours as it takes on a gross scent when left in the heat.
