How to make it

  • In a fairly good sized bowl mix together mayo and sour cream.
  • Drain the liquid from the Hot Rotel and mix both cans with the mayo mixture.
  • Lastly, add the shredded cheese a handful at a time until it is evenly incorporated.
  • Refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes to chill. I like to let it sit in the fridge overnight so that the flavors can mingle.
  • Serve with tortilla or corn chips. Don't let this stay out of the fridge for more than a few hours as it takes on a gross scent when left in the heat.
