I don't like putting raw eggs in ice cream so I came up with my own recipe. This is great for a gathering of friends and family or just on those hot summer days when you want something to cool you down.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 gallon milk
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a LARGE bowl
  2. Pour into ice cream freezer
  3. Freeze until freezer stops.
