Chicken Salad Panini Recipe

Ingredients

2-1/2 C. chopped cooked chicken breast

1/4 C. celery, chopped

1/4 C. black olives, chopped

1/4 C. Mayo

2 T. Real Bacon Bits

3 T. thin green onion slices

1/4 C. Ranch Dressing

8 slices multigrain bread

1 tomato, cut into 8 thin slices

4 Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices

Directions

Mix first 7 ingrediants.

spread onto 4 bread slices.

Top with tomatoes, cheese and remaining bread.

Grill sandwiches on panini grill until golden brown.

I bought this awsome Mario Bartoli panini pan from "Entertaining at Home" and I'm so excited to find some tasty sounding recipes to try.(I've just been "winging" it. This pan is great. The recipe sounds wonderful. I'll try it just as soon as I get all my ingredients!!
