How to make it

  • Heat butter in a large pot
  • roast breackfast links to golden
  • take the breackfast links out and let cool down
  • add beef stock to butter
  • add potatoes, salt and pepper
  • Let steam on medium low covered until fork tender
  • boil carrotts for 2 minutes and drain
  • add milk and mush the mixture
  • adjust taste and moisture level if needed
  • cut breakfast links into 1/4 inch pieces and add to MUPO
  • add carrotts and mix
  • serve with 1 or more eggs any style (optional)
