Coconut Pecan Sauce

- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk) shopping list
- 2 egg yolks, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and butter. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, about 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
