    Can't wait to try this. A dear friend of mine passed away a few years ago and she made the best apple cake. I didn't get the recipe, but yours sounds close to it. Thanks!

    This recipe rocks! Easy to make and tasted better than I could imagine. It is one of the most delicious cakes I've ever eaten. My entire family loved it! I'm making it for a church brunch next week.
