Egg Substitute Recipe
This is a great egg substitute I've used several times. Very close to store-bought and cheaper. I've had this recipe for years, but I believe it's originally a Weight Watchers recipe.

Ingredients
  • For 1 dozen egg equivelent:
  • 1 dozen egg whites
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup dry milk (powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp yellow food color (optional)

Directions
  1. Mix or beat well
  2. Store incovered jar in refrigerator.
  3. Shake well before using.
  4. Use within one week or may be frozen. (I pour this into ice trays and freeze. Then I put cubes in a plastic freezer bag and pull out as I need. Each cube equals 1 egg)
