Egg Substitute

- For 1 dozen egg equivelent: shopping list
- 1 dozen egg whites shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry milk (powdered) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp yellow food color (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix or beat well
- Store incovered jar in refrigerator.
- Shake well before using.
- Use within one week or may be frozen. (I pour this into ice trays and freeze. Then I put cubes in a plastic freezer bag and pull out as I need. Each cube equals 1 egg)
