Ingredients
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
  • Foil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Peel garlic, leave whole
  3. Place garlic in center of cookie sheet, put 2 tsp. olive oil over cloves
  4. Make a tent of foil over cloves
  5. Bake for 10 minutes
  6. MEANWHILE
  7. In bowl place chicken, marinading in 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  8. After 10 minutes take out garlic, remove foil and place chicken on garlic (spread around if necessary)
  9. Sprinkle with rosemary
  10. Bake for 30-40 minutes
