GREEN PEA SALSA DATED 1974 This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Buchanan Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1992. This is incredibly good. I have made it on several occasions and it is always eaten right up. Read more Yummy. See less
Ingredients
- 1 can sweet peas drained shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano drained shopping list
- 4 small green onions sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 small cucumber peeled chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
