Ingredients
  • 1 can sweet peas drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano drained
  • 4 small green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 small cucumber peeled chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
