Polenta Stuffed Portabellos

- 2 portabello mushrooms shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup cooked polenta, warm shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 Tbs Italian herbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- De-stem portabellos and brush the top with olive oil and place upside down in a baking dish.
- Mix garlic, herbs and parmesan into warm polenta
- Spoon mixture in to the mushroom caps
- Top with mozzarella
- Bake about 30 minutes or until juice appears and cheese is melted
