Chunky Toblerone Shortbread Recipe

We always get a big Toblerone for Christmas, and I like to use some of it to make these cookies. Decadent!

Ingredients
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup fine sugar
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cornstarch
- 2 100 g bars Toblerone chocolate, chopped
- 3 Tbsp sifted icing sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
- Combine flour and cornstarch. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate.
- Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 1" apart.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
