How to make it

  • Place the frying pan over a moderate heat. Once warm, add both tortillas, and let them heat up for about a minute and a half. Then turn them over, warm the other side for a further minute and remove.
  • Using the same pan, add the oil followed by the red pepper, green chilli, onion, garlic, prawns, oregano and paprika. Season with salt and pepper and stir well, turning the vegetables as you go. Finally add the lime juice and then remove the pan from the heat.
  • Place a few prawns, plus some of the vegetables onto each tortilla. Then fold them up, serve with a dollop of guacamole and eat while hot.
