Crumbled Grilled Fish Recipe
Use Leftover Dried Sardines to make a tasty rice topping.

Ingredients
  • Leftover dried sardines (Niboshi) - Use the leftover sardines from my other recipe (Concentrated Dashi Stock) or any other recipe that uses niboshi.

Directions
  1. Preheat Broiler
  2. Broil the fish 6 or so inches from the broiler until dried out and begging to brown. It takes about 5 minutes.
  3. Turn once after about two minutes.
  4. Let cool then store in a jar.
  5. When serving chop up very finely and use as a condiment for rice.
