Crumbled Grilled Fish

- Leftover dried sardines (Niboshi) - Use the leftover sardines from my other recipe (Concentrated dashi stock) or any other recipe that uses niboshi. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Broiler
- Broil the fish 6 or so inches from the broiler until dried out and begging to brown. It takes about 5 minutes.
- Turn once after about two minutes.
- Let cool then store in a jar.
- When serving chop up very finely and use as a condiment for rice.
