How to make it

  • Brown beef in large saucepan; drain off excess fat. Add celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and salt; cook till vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until rice is done, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf.

    I know this would be good. This is the same idea as my chili-mac...Instead of using the rice put in macaroni.
