I bookmarked this one forever ago, then forgot about it until last night. Wish I'd been making it all along - it was a HUGE hit! The single bad thing is there was only enough left for one lunch today (& I lost the Battle of the Leftovers). Glad I checked it after half an hour, though, because it was starting to scorch a little. Next time maybe I'll use a whole cup of h2o in the sauce, or not bother to thaw the fries &/or peas. Thanks for this - it's going in the rotation for sure!
