Fries N Beef Bake

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 pound frozen crinkle-cut French fries, thawed shopping list
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, undiluted shopping list
- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons catsup shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. In a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish, layer half of the French fries, peas and meat mixture. Repeat layers. In a bowl, combine the soup, water, catsup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, marjoram, mustard, alt and pepper. Pour over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45-50 minutes or until heated through.
