Choclate Marshmallow Surgar Cookies

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup corn STARCH shopping list
- 1/2 cup CONFECTIONER"S SURGAR shopping list
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips * shopping list
- Additional powdered surgar for coating ( About 1 cup) shopping list
How to make it
- Line Cookie Sheets with parchment
- In a small bowl, combine flour,cornstarch and confectioner's surgar. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and vanilla until smooth. Add flour mixture and begin mixing on low speed. Once mixture begins to get thick, increaser speed to thoughrly mix until combined, scraping down the sides. Scrape batter from beaters and mix in chocolate chips with large spoon.
- Refrigerate dough 1 HOUR to firm up. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT THE DOUGH BE COLD!!! When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350*F.
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls( NO LARGER) Place 1 1/2 inches apart on lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes, until bottom edges just barely begin to turn brown. ***DO NOT OVER BAKE*** Cool on racks.
- Pour Powdered surgar into a bowl or a plastic baggie and shke cookies in powdered surgar. Store in airtight container.
