- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 cup 2% milk shopping list
- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined shopping list
- 2 beef Flavor Bouillon shopping list
- 1/3 cup hot water shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped pimiento shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large saucepan; add flour and cook until bubbly. Stir in onion and cook until onion is soft, about 1 minute. Add milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in shrimp, beef bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, pimiento, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce. Stir in beaten egg and cream; heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
