How to make it

  • Melt butter in a large saucepan; add flour and cook until bubbly. Stir in onion and cook until onion is soft, about 1 minute. Add milk and cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in shrimp, beef bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, pimiento, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce. Stir in beaten egg and cream; heat thoroughly. Serve hot.

    Donnja... I told a friend about this recipe today... She wants a copy of it too...she makes everything lite in a recipe and I was wondering if you could use half and half instead of the heavy cream
