Honey Baked Ham You Can Do It Recipe
Juicy, dripping-with-a-honey-glaze ham. Everyone will love it. It's wonderful, it's marvelous.

Ingredients
  • 1-10 to 12 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
  • 2 cups apple juice or cilder
  • 3/4 teaspoon whole allspice
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 2-inch cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup honey
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Place ham fat side up on rack in shallow pan
  2. In saucepan, heat apple juice with allspice, whole cloves, ginger and stick cinnamon
  3. Bring to boil
  4. Cover and boil 5 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and brush a little of this mixture on ham
  6. Bake ham in a 325 degree oven 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes or so with apple juice mixture
  7. After baking, drizzle 1/2 cup honey over ham
  8. Bake 30 minutes longer
  9. Remove from oven, drizzle on the remaining 1/2 cup honey
  10. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160
  11. Remove from oven, cool for 30 minutes, score fat, stud with whole cloves and sprinkle lavishly with paprika, (may just sprinkle with paprika)
