Honey Baked Ham You Can Do It Recipe

Juicy, dripping-with-a-honey-glaze ham. Everyone will love it. It's wonderful, it's marvelous.

Ingredients
- 1-10 to 12 pound fully cooked bone-in ham
- 2 cups apple juice or cilder
- 3/4 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3 2-inch cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup honey
- paprika
Directions
- Place ham fat side up on rack in shallow pan
- In saucepan, heat apple juice with allspice, whole cloves, ginger and stick cinnamon
- Bring to boil
- Cover and boil 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and brush a little of this mixture on ham
- Bake ham in a 325 degree oven 1-1/2 to 2 hours, basting every 15 minutes or so with apple juice mixture
- After baking, drizzle 1/2 cup honey over ham
- Bake 30 minutes longer
- Remove from oven, drizzle on the remaining 1/2 cup honey
- Bake an additional 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160
- Remove from oven, cool for 30 minutes, score fat, stud with whole cloves and sprinkle lavishly with paprika, (may just sprinkle with paprika)
